1. Application of these purchase terms

VieoaLd™ is owned and operated by Changsha Shanxuan Haowu E-Commerce Co., Ltd.. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through vieoald.com. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is also subject to the other policies made available on the website.

2. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, included components, availability, and prices accurately. Appearance or color may vary slightly because of lighting, display settings, or normal production variation. Genuine errors may be corrected and product information may be updated where necessary.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order does not prevent reasonable verification of payment, inventory, delivery information, fraud risk, or legal restrictions. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale activity, or applicable legal restrictions. If an order is canceled after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Price, currency, taxes, and payment

Transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information supplied is accurate.

5. Shipping and delivery

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. For U.S. deliveries, standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch. Shipping methods and applicable charges are shown during checkout before payment is submitted.

Orders may be fulfilled through our own operations or appropriate fulfillment partners depending on inventory availability and destination. Tracking, international-delivery conditions, and delayed or missing shipment procedures are described in the Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Contact Customer Care before sending merchandise so authorization, instructions, and the correct return warehouse address can be provided.

Once an approved return reaches the designated return facility, inspection is normally completed within 5 business days. If approved after inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 1–3 business days after approval.

Order change or cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours after purchase. A request cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch has begun.

7. Promotions

Promotional offers may include eligibility requirements, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, or other conditions communicated with the offer. Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be exchanged for cash or applied retroactively to completed orders.
